Many things. For instance; yourself, standing like a ghost at the side of the picture, with your heart exposed, and empty inside. You could have coloured it, but you chose to leave it empty. And then there are the words;

"aren't you tired of being weak? Such rage that you could scream all the stars right out of the sky and destroy the prettiest starry night" (the rest is imcomplete). So, there is anger involved, definately, but I sense a secret adoration of the anger coming naturally (it may just be me) but yet there's still life; calmness in this. Okay, so I fucked up in understanding, or got it too much. I don't know whichever it is.

hey any explanation is good one, i didn't start with any idea just kept working out of frustration and anger so this was the result....
the only thing was yes the heart is meant to be empty...well kinda it's like halftone, so it's like speckled with pieces...does that make sense?
